Bexley Public Library enjoys a well-earned reputation for its Audiovisual Department which features a comprehensive collection of CDs, DVDs, and videocassettes.

The audio book collection, in both audiocassette and CD format, is known for its size, variety and quality. The videocassette collection has long enjoyed a similar reputation because of the unmatched assortment of feature films, children’s videos, and for public television fans, most of the British television productions seen on PBS.

New DVD releases are added as they become available.

Music lovers appreciate the carefully selected recorded music collection, mostly in the CD format. In addition to a variety of popular music styles, library patrons can select from classical music recordings encompassing the entire range of the history of music, including most of the major works of well-known composers and representative works of the lesser known.
