The Circulation Department issues library cards, charges out print materials and maintains the registration records of all library patrons.

The Circulation Department staff also registers voters, issues Golden Buckeye cards, and Ohio Kids Cards.

Reserved books that are ready to be picked up are held at the Circulation Desk.
