Library Cards
Getting a library card is easy! You can come into the library to register, or you can print off the Library Card Registration Form, complete your information, and bring it to the library. Be sure to bring a photo ID and a document, like a piece of mail or a bill, that shows your current address. If your current address is on your driver's license, that's all you need.
Bexley Public Library cards are issued free of charge to residents of Ohio and are valid for five years. If your card is lost or stolen, you can request a replacement card for $1.00. Patrons under 18 may apply for a card only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If the applicant (child) is not present, a parent or legal guardian must present an additional document in the applicant's name.
Your library card allows you to borrow from our collection of books, magazines, CDs, DVDs, and more! Take a look at our Loan Periods/Fines and Fees for more information.
